What happens after I place an order?
After you place your order we will send you an e-mail confirming that we received your order.
Included in our confirmation e-mail is a verification of all the order specifics. If you need to
track your order please e-mail us at cs@celtic-rings.biz. If you do not receive an e-mail
confirmation from us, please contact us to ensure that your order is being processed.

How will I know that you've received my order?
Every order we receive is follow by an order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive
a confirmation please e-mail us to make sure the order went through.
Please note that there may be a slight delay in confirmation, so please be patient while we
confirm all your order specifics.

Will I be billed for U.S. Custom charges since my jewelry is coming from Ireland?
Absolutely not. It is important to mention that when you purchase Irish made jewelry from us
you will incur no import customs charges and you will avoid all customs delays. We make
this possible by shipping you our jewelry from within the continental United States; yet you
can purchase our jewelry with the full confidence that each piece has been designed,
handcrafted, and hallmarked in Ireland.

How do I check the status of my order?

number and contact information and we'll update you on your order.

We accept a variety of credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, and VISA.

When will my credit card be charged?
Once you receive our e-mail confirmation that the item you ordered is in stock and ready to
ship we will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card. If there is a problem securing
this authorization you will be notified promptly, so you can use another card. The total on your
charge card will include the cost of the item and the shipping fee.

How do I order offline?
You have a variety of options to order an item offline including;

Will you confirm my online order and shipping?
Every order we receive will be verified through a confirmation e-mail. We will verify in our
e-mail response all your order specifics, confirm shipping time, and provide you with an order

How do I know if something I purchased is on back order?
If for some reason an item you select is not available for immediate shipping we will notify
you immediately through our e-mail confirmation to you.

How do I make changes to my order?
If you have not yet submitted your order on our secure online order form, then you can change
any part of your order on the form. If your order has been submitted it's still not too late to
make a change. Simply contact us with the change you would like to make. You can make
your change through our contact form, or e-mail. You can even submit another
order and note in the comments area to cancel the previous order.

Can I cancel an order?

Absolutely. If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered,
we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately via e-mail, or contact form.
If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it.

Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered
or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order's delivery address,

If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy

Generally that is not a problem. Just contact us and we'll accommodate your request as
much as possible.

Shipping Questions

How long can I expect delivery to take?
Delivery times can vary depending on what shipping option you select and whether your
purchase requires U.S. or International delivery. Delivery time is based on business days.
We do not ship Saturdays or Sundays. Please scroll to the top of this page to view an easy
to follow shipping chart. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third party
shipping companies or weather.

How do I ship my order to a different address?
If you are ordering a gift to be shipped to an address other than your billing address, please
fill in your bill to and ship to address separately on our 100 % Secure online order form.
There are separate entry areas for each address.

How do I calculate shipping?
We believe in keeping your online shopping experience as easy as possible. To that end we
offer a fixed shipping charge for all items based on the method of shipping you select.
Simply add the shipping fee to the cost of the item you select and that is your final invoice total.

Please note that we utilize a combination of shipping carriers to keep delivery fees as low as
possible. Shipping carriers we use include the U.S. Post Office, Federal Express, and U.P.S.
You will select your shipping option on our 100% Secure Order Form.

STANDARD DELIVERY
We use U.S. Priority Mail for standard delivery at a cost of $2.95. Delivery time is an
average 3 to 5 business days. Please allow extra days for remote areas. Standard delivery
can be used within Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO FPO.

Standard delivery to Canada is available for $25.00.

Standard delivery is also available to the European Union for $25.00.

3 DAY EXPRESS
Three day delivery is available throughout the continental United States at a cost of $12.00.

2 DAY EXPRESS
Two day delivery is available throughout the continental United States at a cost
of $15.00. Three day delivery to Hawaii and Alaska is $40.00.

2 Day Express is available to Canada at a cost of $35.00. Two day delivery is not guaranteed,
however, due to customs.

2 Day Express is available to the European Union at a cost of $40.00.
Two day delivery is not guaranteed, however, due to customs.

NEXT DAY EXPRESS
Next day delivery is available throughout the continental United States at a cost
of $23.00. Next day delivery to Hawaii and Alaska is $40.00.
