How long can I expect delivery to take?
Delivery times can vary depending on what shipping option you select and whether your
purchase requires U.S. or International delivery. We do not ship Saturdays or Sundays, and
all delivery times are based on business days.

How do I ship my order to a different address?
If you are ordering a gift to be shipped to an address other than your billing address, please

How do I calculate shipping?
We believe in keeping your online shopping experience as easy as possible. To that end we
offer a fixed shipping charge for all items based on the method of shipping you select.
Simply add the shipping fee to the cost of the item you select and that is your final invoice total.

Please note that we utilize a combination of shipping carriers to keep delivery fees as low as
possible. Shipping carriers we use include the U.S. Post Office, Federal Express, and U.P.S.

We use U.S. Priority Mail for standard delivery at a cost of $2.95. Delivery time is an
average 3 to 5 business days. Please allow extra days for remote areas. Standard delivery
can be used within Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO FPO.

Standard delivery to Canada is available for $25.00.

Standard delivery is also available to the European Union for $25.00.

3 DAY EXPRESS
Three day delivery is available throughout the continental United States at a cost of $12.00.

2 DAY EXPRESS
Two day delivery is available throughout the continental United States at a cost
of $15.00. Three day delivery to Hawaii and Alaska is $40.00.

2 Day Express is available to Canada at a cost of $35.00. Two day delivery is not guaranteed,

How long does my refund take?

Do you offer half sizes for rings?
Yes. Our ladies rings typically range from size 4 through 8 1/2, and gents rings are from

of purchase. If 30 days has expired you can contact us or visit a local jeweler for resizing.
Keep in mind that almost all rings with a smooth band can be resized, and if the change is
minor you can have the band stretched or contracted.
