RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is not only our guarantee; it’s why we’re here. To be perfectly clear, we insist you’re
delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, a selection doesn’t meet your expectations, we stand
ready with a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original invoice.

In order to accommodate holiday gift giving, purchases made during the months of November and
December have until January 31st to return or exchange items.

Returns are easy. You can return any item through U.S. mail for a refund or exchange. Please send
it back to us following the instructions listed below.

Step 1 - Securely wrap the item (preferably using the original box), make sure the address is legible.

Step 2 - Include a copy of the original invoice and indicate on the invoice your return or exchange
instructions.

Step 3 - Send the item back to: IJG, Inc. 8926 N. Greenwood Avenue Suite 128 Niles, IL 60714-5163

Please note that refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods.
Since most online orders are billed on credit cards as the method of payment, your refund will take the
form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase. If your original payment was
made by check or money order then your credit will be in the form of a check.

Note: All returned or exchanged items must be in original resalable condition. Damaged merchandise
must be returned within 10 days of purchase. All refunds and exchanges are exclusive of shipping fees.
Jewelry returned that was originally shipped postage free will be credited the cost of the item less postage.

Customers will be made aware via original purchase agreement if a restocking fee applies to a return or exchange.

Customers will also be made aware of any other exceptions to this policy.
